Check out the manual on your computer regarding the webcam controls
Sometimes the webcam start procedure can be found under the keyboard heading
Start > Computer >> Local disk (C) >> Documentation >> EN(glish)
Try the Sony Support website for drivers

Hi nhung_nguyen,
You can download the Webcam drivers for your Sony Notebook from manufacturer website. Click here to go to the web page of your laptop for drivers.
Click on Download Now to download the WebCam Companion® 3 Software and run the setup.
NOTE: Unfortunately the driver supports only Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
If this information was helpful, please rate it.
Thank you for using fixya,

Only thing I can think of is to uninstall in the device manager and then add hardware. If the search finds it again atleast we know we are getting somewhere. If it comes back with nothing you may have a broken ribbon/cable. Please get back to me with the result. Cheers.
