You will have to get into BIOS by pressing either F2 or F8 or F11 (depending on your motherboard) as soon as you power on the PC. Most likely your first boot device is your CD-ROM. Change the first boot device to Hard Disk and see if this helps. Also ensure that there are no CD's in the CD tray.
