Atomic does not mean automatic. It synchronizes itself on a time signal coming from an Atomic Clock in Colorado. You really need to read the manual and keep it handy. Frankly I cannot set my Casio without its manual. Manual are available for download at casio world global site.
I can fix your CASIO ,,problem is that im here in philippines. Your casio watch is not need to set it can receive time calibrated signal transmitted from ,Fort Collins,Colorado reception signal ,,thats very cool watch ,here in our place we have battery for that ..or you can go the web site of CASIO and you can order what you want..

you either need to set your time manually if you are not automatically receiving the atomic signal. if you are receiving the signal, then either you are not in auto DST mode or your home city is set incorrectly.
