Question about Televison & Video
The remote control and the controls on the television are not working at all. We cannot change channel or volume or turn the tv on or off. We have to switch it on and of at the power point on the wall. I was hopping it was just a setting problem. Please Help.

I repaired my Acer by replacing the power supply from
http://www.power-on.com/lcd323-4m.html - $85
Acer would not sell me a replacement power supply.
Note: I needed to solder wires the new power supply to the old one,
the pinouts on the connectors on the new one would not fit the original.

Press tv on the Sky remote
press and hold select and red until the led blinks twice
type in 0 0 6 0
press the power button, if the tv turns off then the press select and the remote should work all the tv functions.
If the tv does not turn off then press tv then the power button and keep doing this until the tv turns off, once it turns off press select and it should work.
If you have any problems let me know

I had this same issue, and solved it by putting the TV in "Theater Mode', which can be acheived by hitting the "Theater" button on the remote.
