Okay, you need the CT-137T Cable. I found a place that has them:

ZQ-6100 ZQ-6300 IQ-7700 IQ-7720 IQ-8100 IQ-8300 IQ-8500 CE-137T IQ-892E/F PC LINK LEVEL CONVERTER (MAC/PC). ZQ-6100 ZQ-6300 IQ-7700 IQ-7720 IQ-8100 IQ-8300 IQ-8500 PC $119.00

The website address is http://www.ea-link.com/ea/inquiry/pc-link.html

As you can see, the price is very outrageous because it is no longer manufactured and only used by the above listed models. I would recommend just replacing the PDA however, your question was where you could purchase one. Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.

Contact Sharp directly and see if they will send you one or you can buy one. If you can't ask them where you can get one. I have searched everywhere and can't find anything.

I've personally spent over an hour looking. Others have spent a lot of time looking. The device is old. Nobody stocks the cords. The only hope you have is to watch e-bay for the hope that someone would be selling one. Try posting it on a wanted-to-buy website. I think we have done as much as we can do. Thanks for using FixYa and I hope you come back to us again.

Try to update the Firmware of your organizer. If you can connect it directly to your PC, you can start from there. Download the firmware from the manufacturer's website.

You should be able to transfer files using the Data Loader or the Downloader (the new software) via a dubbing cable. If this is not possible you have to go via PC using the Wizard Organizer.

Yes. You could try to send the info you need via e-mail using the built-in modem or beaming it throught its IR port. Since you lost your cradle synching with Intellisync wont be available for you. Let me know if it worked.
