Question about GE JTP48 Electric Double Oven
The lower oven does not heat. Both of the elements are only receiving 120V ac. The oven shows no error indicators or messages. The relays seem to activate to turn oven on. I saw a manual resettable thermal swithch on the schemetic but I cannot phyically locate that switch. The top oven works fine both bake and broil. Colin Quinn
Colin, the TCO is located on the back of the oven. It will open L2 to the heating element in the event it is open. If this TC0 opens it will not show any error codes. This is for the 27 inch wall oven models only. Catriver...post back.
