Question about Panasonic Pro NE1757 Microwave Oven
You have a defective membrane keypad, but both that part and its replacement is shown as being no longer available. About your only hope is to contact local shops to see if they may have a salvage unit with a good keypad. They should be able to swap what's called the "escutcheon" or front panel frame. The keypad for models NE1057 and NE1257 was the same, too, in case they may have one of those. These were pretty neat microwaves, mostly used in commercial environments. Sad to see it go. Good luck.
