Hi man7,
There are a number of possibilities the most common solution to your problem is as below.
Are you getting a valid DHCP address, correct gateway details and DNS. Seeing as you have PC that already works this makes it simple.
Before we go any further what operating system are you using and what type of router are you using to connect to the internet?

We have a Linksys SRW2048 48-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. The problem is, that we can't get a connection on the 8 ports on the very right side. What could be the problem, how can we solve it?

Disconnect all the Ethernet cables from all the ports.
Connect one of those eight "bad" ports to your laptop.
See if the port works when it is the ONLY active port.
If not, move the cable to the next of the eight "bad" ports, and test again. Repeat.
Move the cable to one of the 40 "good" ports, and test.
If it works, then you have a hardware problem with that "group" of 8 ports.

Your choice to use only the 40 "good" ports, or to replace the router, if you need those last 8 ports.

Linksys SRW2008P 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch Currently two of the ports do not work, can anyone help?

Not much you can do when you have dead ports on a switch but just to replace the whole switch. The cost of having someone take it apart and repair/replace the dead ports will probably cost more than a new switch.

Linksys SRW2008 blocking ports

blocking ports and QoS is a layer 3 function, switches are layer 2 unless you buy a layer two switch. You will need to do this on your router.

Won't allow connection to router

Since each of these devices is rated for 1000Mb/s, everything should be compatible. Make sure the NIC driver is up-to-date on your computer....and use automatic settings for speed and duplex wherever you have the option of setting it. The only other thing I can think of is to try a "crossover" cable between the router and switch...although this function is usually handled automatically in most modern interfaces.
