Question about Ricoh Aficio CL7200 Laser Printer
ON my Ricoh CL7200, I continue to receive a notification that there is a paper jam in the "A section" of the paper feed. When I open the printer, I see no paper that is jammed. Is there some other place I should be looking or something I should remove or lift in order to find the paper that is jammed?
I would check to see if the paper is even making it out of the tray. A lot of times, the feed rollers can get dirty, and the printer will display a jam if it doesn't feed in time. If the feed rollers look ok, then I would check and see if the feed rollers are even turning. Sometimes the motor that turns the feed rollers wears out.
