best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

T-Mobile Dash stuck in the start up mode

Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to do a cold boot on the phone and reset it to the factory default settings. A description on how this works can be found at another answers page. For the sake of saving you some time, I'll repost the answer here.

**beginning of post**

Is it just getting stuck there, or is it doing a reboot loop? If it gets to a certain point and keeps rebooting, and if you have a memory card inserted, try removing the memory card and turning the phone on again. This tends to happen when a program is installed to the memory card instead of the phone, but removing the memory card when turning on the phone will allow it to boot all the way.

If it is getting stuck on that screen, then a hard reboot(cold boot) will need to be done. Hopefully you have synced it with your computer recently, because it will reset everything to factory settings and erase everything else. If you have a memory card, be sure to remove it before doing a hard reboot! I'm not sure if it would erase the memory card or not, but it is best not to take the chance of leaving it in.

***WARNING: This will erase all of your files that are stored to the phone's memory!***

1. Make sure phone is off
2. Hold both softkeys (the 2 buttons below the screen with the dashes) and turn the phone on. Be sure to keep holding the softkeys while the phone is booting.
3 Follow the directions that will appear on the screen to complete a hard reboot. It should ask you to press the Send key to continue or End key to cancel.

**end of post**

Now, keep in mind that when when you are following in the instructions, release the power button immediately after turning the phone on, otherwise you'll have to start the process over again.

I asumme you have a Nokia Phone. Maybe changing: Configs > Phone > Security block

Or even try the generic code "1234" (without cuotes) or "12345"

My Tmobile dash will not turn on. When I put it on the charger, the green light comes on (and it charges), but when I attempt to turn it on it does not come on.

It may be the storage card - if you take the storage card out it will boot up and you can put it back in. - pain in the a## but it may work. Or Try taking the SIM card out, boot it up, turn it off, replace the card, and turn it on again Last resort is a hard reboot to set it back to factory default. reboot system by holding down the two - - keys above the house and arrow while the phone is off. Then you continue to hold while you push the power button on the side for 2 seconds. Should go to white screen then black screen. once at black screen hit the green call button and follow the rest of the prompts.

Sidekick III Stuck

1) Remove the battery from your device
2) Flip open the screen
3) with the battery removed, press and hold the W key on the keyboard. Press and hold it and don't let go until I say so. :)
4) Put the battery in (you're still holding "W" right? Good). This is a little tricky to do but you can do it.
5) Keep holding W! :)
6) The device will boot to a screen that has a picture of a SK with Xs for eyes and stars spinning around it's head, like it's been clonked on the head. When you see this, you can let go of the "W" key.
7) After a few more seconds you'll see a screen that says "Sorry! Please restart your device by selecting the Reboot button. If this screen appears again, contact Customer Care."
8) Click the Reboot button on the screen, and hope for the best.
