Question about Mk Diamond MK 101Pro Tile Saw

MK Diamond 101 Wet Saw is Out of Alignment with tile tray groove

I've looked at the saw, and the blade no longer slots into the tile tray groove. All I can think is that somehow the frame was bent. Are there any troubleshooting tips to try and realign the blade with the tray. Or, are there any MK Diamond authorized repair agents. I'm located in the greater Washington DC area. Thank you for any assistance!!!!

Aligning the blade is not recommended for personal safety reasons.
It is better to have the frame aligned at a service center.

I am not sure I can be any clearer than to say the saw dooes not cut the tile square.

the problem is probably the slide cart you set tile on to push it into the blade,on the right side theres a roller you can adjust the the height of the tray,or look at the very bottom of the cutting arm, left hand side,on the outside, where its painted red, theres 2 bolts that hold the cutting arm to the frame of the saw body, try this first, i bet nuts got loose and the cutting arm dropped a tiny bit screwing everything up

I have two 101's and both saws have a terrible wobbling. I have put new blades on both and no corrrection. I put the same blades on a 10" target and they boith cut perfectly....i am at a loss

well you might check the belt tension, you can tighten it by loosining the 4 nuts that hold motor then tighten the middle bolt in the back, that slides your motor forward, then retighten the 4 motor nuts.if saw sounds louder than normal, it probably needs new bearings

Looking for shaft lock to change the blade on MK 170 wet saw

Just use a rag and grab the blade. Unless the threads are messed up you don't have to hold the arbor still, just the blade.

Unplug the saw, raise the guard fully, grasp the blade to hold it and loosen the nut then remove the blade.

MK water saw - water goes every where but on the blade!

When you say you turn the pressure up, I presume you mean you are opening the suction on the side of the pump.

On the saw which I have used in the past it is difficult to aim the warter spray. I opted for more water (open the suction on the pump) and let it go. most of it went onto the saw blade - some went onto the tile, some on me and some on the wall --- put a piece of cardboard or something behind your saw to help contain the overspray.

Tile saw not cutting straight

Sometimes a blade that is set deep enough will walk in this manner, especially if it is a thin kerf blade like the MK Hotdog blade.

Also, a blade which has worn unevenly will do this too.
