Some phones have a little clip on the side of the phone you have to pull out before you can slide the phone up. After pulling the brass clip out on the side of the phone. Take you hand and bump the bottom of the phone up.

I phone problem

Hi sir, have you tried using another cable coz i can see from the video that it already has a scotch tape in it so maybe that's the reason why the phone is not holding a charge. Try also plugging it in a different computer or a different wall socket. Also, you may try hard reset by pressing home and sleep button for 10 seconds

How do I wall mount the phone

Most new phones come with a special wall mount bracket included in the box.

If you no longer have this bracket then you may be able to order a new one similar to the one advertised at the following link:

Good luck.

How do you remove the battery cover for the compartment under the phone? I've tried sliding, lifting, etc., but it doesn't budge.

On the back of the phone bottom half, push down where it meets the top half and at the same time push (slide) it down away from the top half. It's very tough but it will work.

Unavailable and no dial tone usually means that there is a bad wire between the base and the wall or the wall jack is bad.

Intertel phone system died

Look for power on the InterTel system, any kind of lights on the system is an indication you at least have power to the system. If you are plugged into a power strip and have no lights, remove the power cord from the strip and plug it directly into an AC outlet. Be sure to turn off the system before plugging it into a wall outlet, and then turn the system back on. Good Luck
