To sign up with your xbox be sure you have your xbox connected to the internet and start it. When you start it go into the menu and choose the "try xbox live" option or "sign up for xbox live"......sorry I forget what it is says exactly. Go thru much of the same process.

You will also need a "microsoft passport" it will tie in things like your msn email and msn screenname.

its def a driver issue-- if you have access to a usb wifi or ethernet hub then you could go online that way just to download the drivers for the onboard one

After download to have to setup that too. Double click on that downloaded file to start setting up. close all internet browsers before the setup. or else it will give an error and wont setup.

Try restarting the computer and trying the install again. Something that is running is conflicting with the install.

you will need to log onto a user with administrative properties then get into the firewall that is blocking access to these programs from the internet and allow them full access.
