Some time ago I saw an instruction in German (with pictures) to fix this yourself. However, I cannot find it now.
I had the same problem. Tested the heater element - 26 ohms, so it was OK. Checked the pressure switch (round brown one on my 50830). Also OK. Removed timer controller and found dry joint on one of the little relay contacts. Resoldered the joint, and Hey Presto!

I just had the same issue done everything you say above with no joy. i then emptied the water that was in the dishwasher that the filter goes into and its now fine.

Remove the controller from the top of the door. Extract the main PCB from the plastic case. You will probably see a burn mark on the inside of the case adjacent to the relay on the back of the PCB. Examine the back of the PCB for burn marks around the relay pins. Resolder the relay and any damaged track.
