Hi Imran,
I realise you probably resolved this issue a long time ago, but this may help others with the same problem (Card Jam on Rio Pro / Enduro / Enduro+).
Immediately after the Card Jam - Please clear printer mechanism, there should be an error number. All card jam errors begin with 06:??. Most common would be Card Jam 06:05.
This error means that the rear card sensor has detected a card.
However, the card has not past through the sensor. This could indicate a failed card sensor (always on). This may sometimes be caused by static on the cards.
To confirm this, switch to 'Hand Feed Mode' (on the front panel: Menu -> Hand Feed Mode -> ON). Cards are then fed (when requested) from the hand-feed slot on the front of the printer. If the error changes from Card Jam 06:05, to General Error 24:08, this would suggest a faulty rear card sensor (very rare).
Try leaving the printer switched off, and with the DC power disconnected for a few hours. If the problem persists, you should contact Magicard Technical Support.

With Best Regards,

MC.

White card keeping jamming in the middle everythine

Hi gigi_airambu,

The card jam, often caused by cards are jamming on or at the flipper table. Here are additional steps that you can apply to resolve this issue.

1. Verify that the Card Feed Roller on the Flipper table is not running backwards. (Note: Having an Encoder installed in the Printer will determine the direction that the Card Feed Roller on the Flipper Table will rotate.)
2. Open the Top Cover and remove any cards that are jammed inside the Printer.
3. Reset power on the Printer to clear any error messages that are on the LCD.
4. Press the MENU button on the LCD.
5. Press the Down Arrow button and select PRINTER SETUP.
6. Scroll through the menu and select ENCODER SETUP.
7. Ensure that the appropriate Encoders settings are set to Installed or None, based on the options that are installed in the Printer.
8. Press the Save button to save any changes that have been changed.

My Canon Pixma MP600R insists that paper is jamed in machine, despite the fact that jam has been cleared and paper is being ejected when machine is switched on

The simplest thing would be to try unplugging the printer from the power source. Let it rest for 5 - 10 minutes then plug back in to the power supply and see if that resolves the problem.

If not you are going to need to do a thorugh inspection to verify that all paper remnants have been removed.

The following is for the MP600:

Issue: ERROR LCD: The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press [OK].
Solution: Removing paper jams MP600

When i try to print card it causes a paper jam all time. it used to print card but not now i feel this is a grat pity cause its a good printer. It doesnt matter which place i put card it just will not lift...

fter a clear card option has been installed in a Datacard card printer SP35 Plus or SP55 Plus, a card jam error my occur. The same error may occur when after replacing the main control board.
To clear this error the printer will need to determine the sensor type. For the printer to recycle through and make this determination, a power on test card is required using the appropriate clear or opaque card type to force the firmware to redetermine the sensor type. Each time the card is changed from clear or opaque to the other type, a power test card will be necessary to redetermine the sensor type.
For additional information about Datacard printers currently on the market, SP25 Plus, SP35 Plus, SP55 Plus and the SP75 Plus, contact our id card experts toll free at 888-485-4696.
