Are you sure you have the correct driver for your operating system?

Download and install it again.

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn itback on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFEMODE. Take the Safe Mode With Networking option (this will give you internet connectivity) and let it boot up. Safe Mode will lookdifferent to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this isnormal.

SOURCE: i dont have an audio device it cant complete the installation

Remove the device(delete) from your Device Manager, reboot then see if windows reinstalls it.

In the control panel sound icon, are the drivers correct? OR Try uninstalling SP3 if yuu have done so and then reinstall the driver. Have you deleted the device in the <device manager> and let windows find the device and install drivers?
