You can go to www.repairclinic.com/0079.asp#DiagramF and you will find the admiral brand belt diagram in a list of several brands. It will show several ways that the belt can be installed. I believe you will find what you need.

My admiral dryer model AED4475TQ belt came off and the pulley is laying lose I need a diagram to fix it please help

Hopefully this helps! My drawing isn't great or good for that matter. The washer has a place to insert the pulley in front of the motor. Put the belt around the drum. Then push the pulley back away from the drum and insert the belt in between the forks and then wrap it around the pulley of the motor. I really hope this helps.

Belt broke and there is a small plastic part melted lying in bottom of dryer housing that looks like maybe some kind of a guide for the belt+a shoe type device lying in the bottom, looks like the belt goes...

sounds like the plastic take-up pulley on the motor which is spring loaded to keep the drum belt tight. You will have to replace the tensioner which should, depending on the model, include a new plastic pulley.

Roper Dryer won't spin.

From what I understand, it sounds like the idler "pulley" is broken. Upon receiving power to the motor, the belt inter-connects and ultimately drives and rotates the pulley and drum. The pulley is designed to guide and give "tension" to the belt when connected to enable the drum to "rotate and tumble".

The pulley is relatively simple to replace and can be purchased from your local appliance dealer for about $10 - $15. Depending on your "handy" skills, I would take the following steps to check your belt and pulley;

1. Disconnect the Dryer
2. Access the dryer cabinet/pulley by removing the front door (If your pull and clean fileter from top, remove 2 screws near filter. You may need a putty type knife to "slide and pop" the dryer open)

3. You may see the dryer belt already broken or disconnected, but take a look at the pulley and check for broken wheel, metal, chips/cracks, etc. Sometimes you may need to replace the pulley all together, but you may only need to replace the wheel part depending on the model of your dryer.
