Problem for HP iPAQ RX3115 Pocket PC

My iPAQ RX3115 don't finish the soft reset

When I pick the soft reset button my RX3115 stand block until hard reset at 75% of "Synchronizing PIM Database".

Can anybody help me?

My ROM version is 1.01.11A.

-   my hp ipgaq would not turn on 100% like it says hp ipaq mobile media companion when it downloads then it download halfway,after that it turns off like a freeze type things..
