Question about Nextel i730
Every time Ive tried to use my phone since Ive been out of town it says service restricted no matter if im trying to dial out or two way or even call to check my balance
For this direct problem there is a list of things that you may do, First and the most obvious, power cycle * turn off and on * this normally fixes this direct problem. Now if that one has already been tried, what you need to do is call customer care, to make sure there is no outages in that area, if none, do a master reset, the steps for this is, " menu-settings-advanced-connectivity-master reset-Password=000000 ** unless it has been modified **-Master reset pick YES-when it says "caution see manual" either enter OK on the phone keypad, or OK on one of the Snake eyes, ** the two dots on the top of the keypad.
