Not familiar with that one. I recommend Spybot and AVG.

I'm not sure what to tell you ...I just checked the Spybot website and it's still the same old program I've always used. It sounds like your PC is beyond "cleaning" and needs to be wiped and have Windows reloaded.

You will need to take it to a computer repair service. You can look online or in the Yellow Pages for computer repair (I always recommend a local service over some place like Best Buy, as they will take good care of you). If you need your files backed up, do it before because there is no "after".

Of course, you can do this yourself if you have your original software that came with the computer. Assuming you have your files backed up, just insert the Windows or Recovery CD and follow the prompts.

I normally charge $100 for this service, $125 with data backup and recovery ...for comparison purposes while you're shopping about :)

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do I prevent windows defender error message

Windows defender is a malaware, and traditional antivirus software is not enough to remove Defender.

Download, install and scan the computer with Spybot, that is a dedicated anti-malaware.
You can download spybot from the link below:

First down explorer then firefox why is my p.c. killing my browsers?

By "Explorer" I'm assuming you mean Internet Explorer and not Windows Explorer, since you refer to other browsers. This sounds like you have gotten some viruses. Do you have anti-virus software installed? All Windows Defender does is protect against ad-ware and spy-ware or in simple terms, pop-ups. I would suggest you get a good anti-virus program and scan your system! By the way, you don't have to download anything to get viruses from the internet.
