First you have to lift the panels under the speed dial numbers to expose all of the additional features and setting buttons, Press the REPORT button, then the SET button. This will give you a daily log.
Not an expert on this model however, on most canon fax machines the plastic cover or panel on the keypad is a door. Opening this you should see descriptions for the keys one should say report. Press report to print and follow instuctions to get activity report.
Hope this helps
You are right about that. The messages are indeed sitting in memory. Here's the procedure to print them out. Step1: Press the memory reference button in the one touch speed dial panel Step 2:Press the search keys(arrow keys under the one touch dialing panel)until the option "print document" is highlighted and then press SET. Step 3:Press the search keys again to select the transaction ID of the document you wish to print and then press SET. Step 4:Press # to print the whole document or * if you wish to print only the first page.
The problem is that you have a fax saved in memory that is the wrong size for the paper you have in the drawer. Probably it is a legal size, whereas you have letter size in the drawer.Just place some legal size paper in the by-pass tray to print.
