Question about Tao TXM1020 XM2GO Satellite Radio Receivers
My TAO xm2go works fine in my home and when I use the FM frequency mode in my car. But when I insert my supplied casette adapter into my tape player I get 5 seconds of regular programming then a series of loud beeps every 2-3 seconds with no other sound. I contacted the manufacturer and received another caseette adapter, but the same thing happened. It occurs in my wife's car, so it doesn't appear to be the car. Any advice?

these things are controlled by a crystal diode and this is faulty ,its lost its value ,take it to a repairman who can renew the frequency diode for you its not a expensive job as its not a difficult job to do .

You likely need to directly connect. In most cases the FM transmitter is too week to broadcast through FM stations, and a direct connection will clear up your issue. It could be as simple as connecting via an Auxiliary cable or Cassette Adapter. If you don't have the ability to use one of those, you can get an Auxiliary Input Adapter. Another solution would be an external FM Transmitter, with a larger range.
