Question about Minolta C350 Printer

Bizhub C350 - Print spooler not running after power outage

We lost power at our office over the weekend. Now our Bizhub C350 (shared printer through our LAN) will not print for us and seems to have taken itself offline. My computer tells me the print spooler is not running. The C350 still makes copies, it just can't be found on the network by any of our computers.

    I have printed the network configuration of the printer. How do I know if they are the proper network settings? What do a match them to?

    I found the network settings and the printer settings match. I noticed that I get an error message on the Minolta screen that gives the server name and then says "Guides in Tray B not set right". Could this be my problem and if so, where is Tray B? I can't find it labeled on any of the equipment maps. Thanks again.

The proper settings are something your IT department would know if they have the printer setting documented someplace. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Each network is set up different

I would print out a copy of the network configuation of that printer and ensure it has the proper network settings (I.E. IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway. I just worked on a printer that I accidently pull the plug on and it lost it's network settings and wouldn't print until I changed them back to the correct settings.

Bizhub C250 using to much toner. Images are very dark. Ink can even be rubbed off pages. How do you adjust?


Check that the fuser is not in enevople mode. two green handle up not down. check the files

Error code 3501


HI
I HAVE KONICA C6500
ERROR CODE 3501 and 3802 but know the error 3501
I know it rech high temperature I change the sensor 1 UP fuser roller
and I reset the error, the machine start and stop again with error 3501

Prinnter not printing but showing 'put custom in manual tray'


There is still a print job in the queue. Place a sheet so it prints or kill the job.


Open Printers and Faxes. Open printer. Highlight jobs and Right click > Cancel, or Documents > Cancel.
For those stubborn jobs, Right click My Computer > Manage. Choose Services and Applications > Services > Print Spooler. Right click and stop. Then start. This may have to be done from the Print Server if it's network printer. Contact IT to kill.

Printer won't recognize cartridge


I had the same problem. I'm not sure but I think I replaced the cartridges when the printer was on because I turned the printer off and removed one of the cartridges. When I turned the printer back on it recognized that cartridge but not the others. I turned the printer off again, rmoved all cartiridges and put them back in when the printer was still off. When I turned the printer on again I had no problems. So...try turning off the printer, rmove all cartridges, then put them back in and restart printer. Hope this works for you .

Samsung kicked out hp 3in 1 printer already installed


Don't have your HP designated as the default printer (if possible)when you hook up the Samsung. When the Samsung is hooked up it sees the HP is the default printer. Well it can't have that, they discard the HP drivers. What does Samsung care about HP drivers theres only one printer port setup and thats the USB port you have them sharing. So yes you need to get a second cable. Tim
