Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I removed a colour cartridge from the machine to get the replacement code, then put it back into the printer, the above error shows in the window and when I lift the top half of the body of the printer to view the ink cartridges, the cartridge holder is towards the left hand side (viewing it from the front) and does not move to the ink changeover position.
Please can you help?
1. Unplug the printer.
2. Remove the faulty Cartridge
3. Plug in the printer and press and hold power button
4. Keep it held down. Press Resume twice, and this should reset the fault.
