Question about Panasonic TH-42PD50U 42 in. Plasma EDTV
Northern California temperate climate
Climate - 40 - 80 degree year round range, relatively low humidity
Location - outdoor living area protected 2 sides with roof.
My thought is to mount on wall with articulating arm and cover with insulated zippered cover when not in use.
I have researched and found Sunbrite outdoor televisions which advertise they function in an Arctic hurricane - they are $5000+ and I don't have inclimate conditions.
Thoughts on my plan? Will the television be harmed or short out in these conditions?
Any alternative ideas?
