I can not use my pc because it has such a bad virse

Hi there,
It will be hard to take that virus off your computer without knowing what kind of infection it is.
I suggest you try booting into safe mode with networking.
Dowload Malwarebytes anti-malware fromt he internet.
Run a scan and delete all infections it will find.
Hope this helps!

How to Clean Computer from Viruses

Sometimes your computer might get to the point that you won't be able to do anything on it because it's infected with viruses and trojans. This is one of the worst infections you can get and you need to follow these steps in order to get rid of the infected files.

1. Download Hiren's Boot CD from a different computer if your doesn't work http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/Hirens.BootCD.12.0.zip

2. Burn it on a CD and then put the CD into the computer full with viruses

3. Boot from CD when prompted and from the CD menu select Mini XP which will load a mini copy of Windows XP onto your machine

4. After Windows has loaded, go to Hiren's Boot CD menu and from menu select Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

5. Once Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is loaded, run a clean on your computer. This will temporary and hopefully forever will remove some of the trojans and the rogue antivirus

6. When the scan is finished click to remove the infected files and restart your computer. Don't forget to take out the CD

7. From the other computer download a FREE antivirus Microsoft Security Essentials from this link http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

8. Install it on the infected machine. Upon restart you will be able to do this, although the computer may be still infected. After installation of Microsoft Security Essentials, run a full computer scan to clean any infected files that weren't already removed
I formatted my Dell Latitude D620 because it was infected with virus now i need new drivers without infection of trojan virus

The best way to take care of this is to go to Dell's support site:http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen
Somewhere on your computer is a Dell Service tag. You just input that number, and you'll be able to get the drivers you need.

Hi,

If you want to clean up your pc of viruses, Trend Micro's free online virus scanner 'Housecall' is a good way to do it.

If you want to find the serial number of your Windows installation so you can reinstall, download the 'Magic Jellybean Keyfinder' - it works well.

SPYWARE ON COMPUTER

Hello there.

I would first try scanning the computer your self. Please click here to start a free online web-based scan of your system, this looks for virus, trojan, spyware infections so should hopefully clean your system. Once the scan completes it should prompt you to remove anything found.

If this doesn't help then yes take the system back to where you purchased it for support. Make sure you backup your files first.

Hope this helps.
