Question about Motorola Mobility V300

Cant access phonebook

Ive had this problem once before, but cant remember how to fix it. When I go to make a call and look through the phonebook, it wont let me in, it flicks quicky to show the first few names then back to the icon screen. I cant stay on long enough to make a call, which is really frustrating, because thats where I keep all of my contacts. From memory, it happened because there was a number entered with a blank name or vise virsa, only problem is you cant get into the phonebook to delete it. There was something like #1 that you pressed to allow you into the phone to allow access to the phone book to fix it. Obviously its not #1 though, much appreciated if anyone knows how to fix this. Thanks

Re: Cant access phonebook

Your on the right track 1# then scroll through to find the number without the name and either delete it or add a name to it

To fix the problem and restore your connection (turn OFF airplane mode), click "Menu," then "Settings," then "Phone Settings," then "Airplane Mode," and then set the mode to "Off." Once you turn off the airplane mode, your Samsung phone will function as normal.

Choc lg phone data

if you still can turn your phone on, it should be relatively easy to transfer your numbers. you can either have a phonebook transfer done at a retail store, or if with verizon, use backup assistant under 'my account' online
