Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I was trying to print from my pc when the printer made a horrible crunching noise and 'died'. It will not light up or perform any tasks. In your opinion is it going to work again ? If so, how can I make it work again ?
Hi Sandraedavis -
As an HP certified tech myself, as I hear that you had a crunching noise and now it is dead, that is not a good sign that you can do something yourself to fix the unit. I am hoping that the printer is less than 1 year old because then it should still be under warrantly.
Here is the website address to contact HP for support to get the ball rolling
If it's been over a year since you had the printer, I am afraid the unit is going to have to be replaced.
Hope that helps,
