Someone sending unwanted text messages, costing me money
Text messages from 80399 which is costing me money, even if not opened. They offer the chance to win money on Sky Tv which I don't have. They are sending two at a time at £2.00 a go. How do I get rid of them?

for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
try to contact the mobile service provider and check with the service center no for sending messages for thier telecom service.. if the problem is not resolved even after entering the service center no given by them raise a complaint with them they'll resolve it..
I think sending message out has nothing to do with the phone but rather the service provider that you are using. The problem may be as a result of wrong message settings. Since the phone in question is Nokia, simply go to the menu on your phone, then select messages, scroll to message settings, then go to text message settings, check whether the Message Center No is correct (you can call the customer care of ur service provider to request for the correct message center no.) Save the correct number and exit from the message settings after configuring the necessary things. You can then send out your text message to see whether it will send. I hope you find this information easy. Try that first, but if you cant get the whole process you can take it down to the customer care of your service provider for help.
Not being able to send out text messages actually relies on the Message center settings associated to your network provider. You need not to send it somewhere. You can just call up your network provider's customer care hotline and ask for the message center no. and set it up on your Message settings.
