Question about Sony DCR-HC54E Mini DV Camcorder
When i down load the video from dv to pc with i-link cable the quality of picture is too bad than direct viewing from dv connected to tv.
how can i get better quality picture when i burning cd,
for the same is the video capture card necessary in pc.
can i capture it better without capture card .
You do need a good capture card if you want the best quality. However these tend to be a bit expensive and I have found that if you have a DVD recorder with an i-link input, then copying to the recorder will give you excellent results. After you have made the recording, you can then edit it very easily with say DVD shrink on your PC.
It may even be cheaper to buy a DVD recorder with i-link features than having to buy a capture card!
