Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player

1 Answer

My 4gig RCA Opal MP3 player wont work.

Me and one of my friends tried to download around 100 songs yesterday and i already had 91 songs on it. It said it was full after we downloaded like 70 of the 100 and when I tried to turn it on it said "Profiling requires 20MG of free space. Shutting down!" I tried to see if I could get it to work by deleting songs through my computer but it wont even let me do that.

My rca opal 4gb will not add more than 39 songs

hi teddy,

first try to format your player, if it has an option to do that. secondly ensure that the bit rates of the music files are in following ranges: mp3: 32-320kbps & WMA: 48-192kbps. and if u have uploaded pictures (.jpg) files into it then ensure hat they are not very high in number bcoz it can support upto 2000 items only including music and video and picture files.

try these.. hope they will help..

Will not download songs

i had the same problem. and the answer made me so mad. turns out, you have to have yahoo unlimited TO GO in order to transfer the songs. i found this out after not only suscribing to y! unlimited but also downloading 400 songs! ugh. i still haven't found any service that works with it, and i've been searching all day.
