Thankyou for your e-mail. After calling Sainsburys online customer care, they agreed to take the TV back if we could provide proof of purchase with a credit card statement, My sons father has requested the statement for what he thinks may be the card he used. If not then I will definately be back online to your team as it was great to know there is someone out there who can provide expert help.
