I need to factory reset my laptop to its out of box state. I have tried doing the "Press zero till it beeps" I have tried "hold zero on boot up" it took me to a screen that just checked all my stuff then sent me to login. I tried F12 and F8 and neither of those would work unless I did something wrong. On the menu where i can change bios and whatnot i loaded system defaults then saved and still nothing. Please help I really wanna reset it then rebuild up to my liking. I don't have any kind of recovery disk and nothing on this laptop is that personal to me.

try pressing the f12 or whichever key it states on boot to get into the bios setting and check that it is set to boot from the hard drive and not a network
On some models of TOSHIBA laptops you can access the system restore partition by tapping on the 'zero' (0) during boot.
This will erase EVERYTHING on your drive and reset it to a "out of the box" state. So be sure to back up anything you want to keep before doing a system restore.
