Well i got my insignia ns-bthdp bluetooth headphones about a week ago and for odd reason, the blue indicator light stays solid. i tried turning it off but that wont work and its charging fine but the light on the side is like a velvet color because the blue on light and red off light are both on at the same time so i dont know what is wrong. can anyone help me please thanks.
I had this problem but the red light was on constantly with no response to anything I did. I plugged this into my power adapter and pressed the + and - buttongs at the same time and it reset and started working properly.

have had this same problem. it is because you need to erase the already paired items in it. you have to reset. i did this by pushing two buttons at once. the things has to be plugged in at the same time. i cannot get to my manual at this time so i too am playing the game of which two buttons is it? if i figure it out will come back
