order to resolve this issue, you should reset Internet Explorer to the default. Please open the following link in your
browser, download and run the file, click yes to all the prompts,

This sounds like an issue with Internet Explorer. In order to resolve this, please open the following link in your browser, and click on the green Run Now button then follow the prompts, restart Internet Explorer, and try to download an attachment again.
try clearing the browsing history in internet explorer options so it clears out the cookies just go to internet explorer options and click delete it should be under browsing history then try again it should then let you open attachments in yahoo
