Question about Samsung DLP HL-P5663W 56" TV

Green lines on screen

My 46 inch dlp samsung has green lines all through screen but only when tv warms up. Can you help with this problem?

    I have lines through the tv screen. And it also powers off frequently. When the lines aren't bad they still flash at the top of the screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    I too have that problem. Green lines vertical and horizontal after the TV is on for a while. If I unplug the TV wait about 2 minutes then replug it in it will be ok for about 3 hours then it starts all over again. I have someone coming to look at it this week.

Your power moudle is bad. check for swollen or burst electolytic capacitors

61 in dlp has lines on tv


I have a DLP Samsung 61 inch. It has verticial curved wave lines, these lines seem to move. like it's not on the station good. (These lines are not black, but almost white in color.) All my other TV's in the same house, using the same sat. dish have good pictures. Could you tell me my problem and what part to look for. Thanks

Samsung ldp 46 " replaced lamp humming sound fans cleaned and working set continues to turn off every 20 min or so

HL-P5063W Green lines when the tv warms up


My Samsung DLP is having the same problem.  Not sure what to do, but I will contact my warranty place for the second time.  Hopefully they'll fix it.  Any other suggestions?

Monitor some times gives shades with black


While 50 inch dlp samsung is on, 6 inch black line on left side of screen. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened then the lamp blew......do I need to replace the lamp again?

I have the same problem, the service people indicated this a manufacturer problem, they are not calling it a recall, but requires up graded parts which could take 30 days or more to receive. He said if they do not receive the parts in 30 days they might replace the TV. My TV is a Samsung DLP 61 inch
