Question about Canon imageCLASS D880 All-In-One Laser Printer
My daughter bought a printer that is only 3 months old and when it tries to print the paper starts, then looking from the front of the printer the left side continues to feed and the right side does not causing the paper to krinkle and jam. The problem is it still wants to print. Can anyone tell me how to fix it or is this just a lost cause and needs to be junked and start over. Thanks for any assistance.
I had the same problem, mine went into the printer fine and started to tilt. all i did was check the paper input slot and there was a necklace stuck in it, it was an easy fix after all, just had to pull it out. too bad there are more problems than it is worth tho, right now mine wont feed lol
