When the printer pulls the paper into the printer it turns crucked and gets stuck. I take it out and try again and it does the same thing. I checked and their is no paper jamed. It's like the roller isn't working right

Look inside and make sure that there isn't any paper pieces or residue stuck in the rollers, especially the side where the paper gets turned.
Take a damp cotton pad with a dab of dish washing detergent and clean all the rubber rollers that you see. You can rotate the rubber rollers individually.

Also, if you can get to the rear rollers, clean them.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Paper is stuck/jammed on the drum and I am having difficulty removing the d rum unit and toner

Hi lbestu,

Please Read Tip Carefully :-

Tip: To manually remove paper pull on the paper with both hands being careful not to tear the paper while pulling it. If you're unable to get to an edge of the paper that allows you to pull it you may need to manually rotate the gears that feed the paper through the printer.

1.Turn off the printer.
2.Inspect the location or tray the printed paper ejects to. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.
3.Remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.
4.Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it
5.Turn the printer back on. If you continue to receive a printer jam error try repeating the above steps again. If issue still persist and you see no paper that is stuck in the printer it's likely your printer is experiencing another hardware issues and we suggest contacting the printer manufacturer for additional assistance or repair

Removing a paper jam from an older DeskJet printer

Firts remove the back panel by turning the large knowb in the center. Then if more than 2 pages are stuck inside "gently" pull on all the sheets except the top and bottom ones. They should pull out with moderate resistance. Once thos sheets are ou do the same thing with the remaining two sheets.
NOTE: when a printer is powered on with paper already in the paper path it will usually try to eject them by turning its rollers.
NOTE: some older HP DeskJets when you press the paper feed button (with paper already in printer) it will move the paper in one direction and when you press again it will move the paper in the opposite direction.

Paper jammed and can't print... have to switch on and off again and again...

Ok try this press the feed paper button so it will automatically take out paper that was jammed..But if this won't work, try this but turn off first your printer and PC..Lift the upper cover of your printer and look if there's a paper stuck in there...If there's a paper that's stuck remove the paper manually by pulling it little by little and prevent the paper to be torn so that no trace of paper will be left in the printer...after removing the paper..turn on again your pc and printer..Hope it will work

My cannon IP1900 printer cannot print, it says paper jam, orange light blinks. I need assistance

Dear Sir,

i am giving u step to solve your problem,

Step 1 Turn your printer off and on to see if it can take out some or all of the jam automatically. If not, turn off the printer and go to the next step.
Step 2 Inspect where the printed paper stops. If the stuck paper is visible and on its way out of the device, try to manually remove it. If you can not pull the rest out easily, then refer to the next steps.
Step 3 Remove any paper trays. Check if any wrinkled or damaged paper is still stuck in the printer. If so, remove any other appliances you can (toner or ink cartridge if necessary) and look for the paper shreds. Make sure nothing has been left in this device.
Step 4 Tidy your blank papers, turn the printer back on and try it again. If the paper jam massage still appears, repeat the above steps. If no paper stuck in your device but the error still persists, well then it’s likely your printer is experiencing another hardware issue: maybe the rollers or some other part need to be adjusted or replaced. Check the printer manual and the manufacturer’s website for directions, or contact your support line for additional assistance.
Things you should take care when manually removing paper
l You should be careful, especially for a laser printer – laser printers can get hot.
l Do not remove your jammed paper from where the blank paper enters the printer, or your device might be damaged easily.
l If you find a piece of jammed paper, pull it out with both your hands carefully so as to keep the paper from tearing. If several sheets of paper jammed together, try to loose the jam by pulling out the middle one first.
l If the paper does tear, you may need to manually rotate the gears that feed the paper through the printer to free the shreds. Don’t force anything.
