Nirmy I can certainly help you with your problem I just need a bit more information.

First what is the manufacturer and model number of your laptop?

Do you have an operating system disc (Full OS, not an upgrade) and if so what Operating system is it (Formating Utilities vary from OS to OS)

In the mean time if you have ANY files still on the system that you REALLY need and cant be replaced, and if you can get the PC to boot up fully. Then back up these files onto a USB flash drive or external hard drive (Once they are backed up, BEFORE you open any of them scan them with a trusted antivirus program) or you may risk reinfecting your clean system

Looking forward to helping you further

    Dave

For this you need to have a bootable cd. boot from that and run the command FORMAT.

My laptop wont show any icons on the desktop and it wont do anything but show my background and mouse.

Hello, If your laptop shows something on your desktop before and suddenly it just stop showing things then right click on your desktop, under VIEW, click on SHOW DESKTOP ICON. If this does not work then your laptop has been infected with Virus. You need to get a good anti-virus to remove the virus or format your system. Regards

My computer restart after 6-7 minute and sometimes blue screen come .i setup my computer with new windows 7 but the problems still remaining.

I believe you have a virus infection. Format the hard disk completely or install an anti-virus so as to check if it is a virus infection.
I hope this solution has been helpful.

My computer is infected how can i wepare

Need more detail regarding the 'infection'. However the best route would always be to format the hard drive and then reinstall the operating system. Make sure you backup all of our files that you want to keep such as pictures, documents, etc. Be careful about what you keep since some files might be the source of the problem such as a virus hidden in an mp3 file.

Sounds like a pretty nasty virus infection to me.
Will probably have to format and re-install your operating system. Give make and model of your computer and I'll see if I can find some shortcuts for you, i.e. maybe you have a recovery partition on your computer that will allow the computer to fix itself, but be prepared for a long wait as the computer performs the format and re-install
