Hello, i had a mobo rma about six mo ago i e-mailed rmaservice@ecsusa.com and they said i would be contacted shortly(11-04) got an e-mail yesterday saying the case would be closed if they didn't hear from me! when i tried entering my case number and e-mail sddress got error message "login fail" i replied to them and was told not to copy and paste....to type it in.....did as i was told..but still got "login fail"

You can get Garmin Warranty support by following the steps below:

First:

Contact Garmin Technical Support to receive an RMA number.


Call or e-mail a Garmin Technical Support Specialist to describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address and a daytime phone number.

Second:

Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to Garmin.

Yahoo Mess.would not let me sigh out yesterday. Removed Y9 and installed Y 10. Would not let me sin into mail. Now OK. Tried to sign into MY MESSENGER AND STATES "ID IN USE", WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GAIN...

Are you using google or yahoo? Google is blocking many that use automated programs.
