Canon NP7130 Whwn it is turned on and press the start key, it works but it does not stop cicle.It makes copies but it does not stop, it keeps working.I have to turn off the machine to stop the starting key to continue working. The multi stack bypass does not work, paper wont move.Today it was worst. All control panel keys have their lights on but does not work.
The first part of this problem sounds as though the copier is trying add toner. After making a copy the copier checks the toner level and trys to add toner until it gives up and indicates the copier toner level is low with the triangle shaped dots. It also may be having another problem that will eventually give you an error code. It will be flash an E with a number, go off and give another 2 numbers. Comine the two for the code. In other words always let it run until it indicates a problem with the copier that needs to be resolved.
The all lights on is a little puzzling. It could be the control panel or the DC Controller Board.
Control panel definitely needs replacement. Based on the age of the unit and the cost (at least $350) of the repair, I would recomend replacement.
