Get a testlight or DMM and test all of the power wires. It's your only hope.

It won't read my ipod anymore. It use to but then i tried plugging it in one time and it just said "Reading, Reading Reading". Whats wrong with it?

Check the lead, look inside and ensure the brass pins are dead-straight

Try rebooting the unit, either disconnect battery or Red & Yellow wires at the back of the unit.

Battery went dead alpine cd stop working

Sometimes when you jump off a truck the CD player fuse will blow because it was trying to turn on each time you turned over the engine. Check all the fuses.

Yes for some radio's if you take away power it has a theft lock and will not let you back in except if you have the code. To reset you must take power away from it. I would suggest if you don't want to take cd player out of car then disconnect battery. then when reconnect eject. May have to set for a moment.
