An intercooler is for the turbo. TDI stands for Turbo Diesel Injection.

Turbos take the exhaust from the motor and re-routes it back through the intercooler, which helps cool the exhaust and then uses it to help spin up the turbo and produce more horse power.

Intercooler is used to "cool" the exhaust being piped back into the motor while using the turbo.

How do you instal replace a single carburetor to a dual carburetor for a 1965 vw bug

You need aftermarket intake manifolds, one for each side. The carbs sit on either side of the engine. Later VW buses had Porshe 914 engines that had duel carbs. They were a big pain and they had to be balanced properly or the engine would run rough.

If you're looking for more power, two carbs isn't going to help. Instead you need a newer style engine, such as the dual port 1600cc. You can also run bigger jugs and pistons.

HOW CAN I INSTALL THE CISCO LINKSYS AE1000 WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION DSC?

Try this link that gives instructions about downloading and updating the device drivers. http://www6.nohold.net/Cisco2/ukp.aspx?pid=80&vw=1&articleid=4873
I would recommend you use the User's Guide to identify your wireless network and the other security parameters (password, encryption etc). It is also possible the set of downloaded drivers will contain a setup.exe file that will run the installation routine for you (if that is what you want). Hope this helps.

The P1127 is a gen eric code, used by the manufacturers almost "at will". Since you didn't specified the car make and type, I give some examples:
