Question about HP Pavilion DV5234US Notebook Laptop
Please forward as needed:
My local HP vendor led me to believe I was buying a complete word processor in my Hp pavilion packqage. Microsoft word was installed, but only on a trial basis...I was not made aware of this fact. Now I have only Word Pad... which is not a complete word processor (no spell-check, etc). Now I am asked to spend more money to have the complete word processor that I already paid hundreds of dollas for! Please suggest a sollution that will not cost me any aditional money, or be prepared to deal with extrainious notices of complaint and any other redress that might be available to me.
I am hopeful this matter can be resolved without a lot of back and forth. Pleaseadvise me of my next step in securing the HP PC I already thought I paid for.

Look up OpenOffice - It is a free opensource app that works as a full functioning word processor and more. Download OpenOffice for free and access your word documents, no problem.
