Problem for D-Link DGL-4500 Wireless Router

Can't get my D-Link DGL- 4500 to work with my Linksys AM200 modem

i wish i had some details to add... i do know that the modem wants to be the router... i just want it to be the modem... i want this high speed router i just bought to be the router... when i initially connected everything it worked but it was extremely slow. now i cant reach the internet at all w/ this setup... what am i not doing?

you need to connect directly to the modem, then go to configuration page it should be stated in the modem manual. there you need to make the modem in bridge mode nothing else. apply settings and yur ready to blast off.
