The memory full error comes not because of memory card. It comes because the internal memory is full. There was no need to format memory card. you have to format the internal memory.
Here is the procedure:
1. Take backup of your contacts and messages because they will be DELETED after formatting
2. Dial *#7370# from your phone. It will ask to format. Press yes
3. It will also ask the pin or password. The default password is 12345.
The phone will restart and the memory full message will disappear.
OK, firstly let me state what exactly the error message you are receiving concludes to: "The "DCF full error" occurs when you use memory card in your camera
which is formatted in another camera. The error is the result of
improper formatting of the memory card which leads to incompatibility of
the card with the Samsung camera."
Now, i the resolution for this specific problem is to format the memory card in the Samsung camera.
I know you stated that you have already formatted the card, but you did not state if you formatted the card in your camera, or on your computer.
Try the above solution and let me know if the problem still persists.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions.
This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card.

try to remove the memory card and then format the unit without memory card.,after formatting the unit.,reset it and then format the mmc to the pc.,after 10 seconds.,insert the mmc and then power on again.,
There are several reasons related to this problem, like virus, message memory storage, phone memory full, etc..
First remove your memory card and check whether the error is still there or not. If so, try to delete files from your phone memory, like sms, songs, bluetooth received files, photos etc..
If there's not error, after the memory card is removed, then check your memory card, if possible scan it and try again. I would suggest you to format it after backing up the files, contacts, etc...
Set the message storage to your memory card directory not your phone memory. If you have problem doing this, please let me know so that I can assist you.
Thanks for using FixYa.
This problem is mostly caused by memory corruption or insufficient memory. Check your call logs, sms, bluetooth receive sms or files, outbox, sent items, received files and delete or move if there are some which you suspect the cause of the occupied memory. Reset you phone to full factory (Reset Factory). Then restart and see the problem whether it is gone or not. If not Try backing up your files (contacts, messages) using PC suite to your PC. Remove your memory card, scan the memory card with updated antivirus, or format if necessary. Still you are getting the same error message? Remove your sim card, memory card and reset you phone using the code*#7370#. Sometimes, even updating firmware is effective. To do this, you need to go to the repairing shop. Good luck..
