Not good. You may have a tab failure. A repair shop may be able to diagnose and repair this, but most likely the lcd panel is broken. The panel is the most expensive part of flat tv's. A new panel will cost more than a used tv.

A frame has 4 basic frame sizes.1. Eye Size - refers to the horizontal width in millimeters of one of the frame's lenses. 2.Bridge Size - measurement is the distance in millimeters between the two lenses. It is measured between the two closest points of the two lenses. 3.Temple Size - is measured along the length of the temple, from one end to the other, including the bend. 4.Vertical Size (B) - refers to the vertical height of an eyeglasses lens, and is measured from the tip to the bottom of the lens aperture of the frame. The measurements are taken from a horizontal line intersecting with the top of the lens, to the horizontal line intersecting with the bottom edge of the lens. The B measurement is only important when ordering multifocal lenses; follow this link to read more about progressive lenses.
the problem must be because of the resolution dpi value. it does not matter if your image is BIG and looks great on your comp, but if the dpi value (which can be found by Image->properties thru the right-click option) is lower than say 300, the image won't look good on print.
There are two display modes newly added for the DiMAGE 7i, grid and scale.
The grid mode is to show a grid over the entire screen. This makes it easy to align the camera to objects vertically or horizontally. In the scale display mode, horizontal and vertical lines cross at the image center to divide the view to four sections, and each axis is scaled. This function is useful for close-up photography.
The grid or scale on display is not recorded.
