Question about OKI C3530N Color MFP Printer
Turn off eq - open and remove the drum with the color cartridge in locked position still in place - on the drum on the cartridge lock side you will find a small (1/4 ") rectangular "window"...with the catridge in locked position the window should be open so you can see the sensor...when the cartridge is unlocked the window should be closed...so with the cartridge locked, using a tiny pointed object (paper clip), gently move the panel up or down to the open position (mine moved up)....replace the drum with cartridge...make sure it is set properly...close up everything and turn eq back on....you may have to do this two or three times to make sure the window stays open when the lock is engaged...but this is what the "tech"(salesman) did...good luck
