Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
For some reason the printer no longer works and it tells me I need to reinstall the drivers. I've done this multiple times and still to no solution. At first i thought maybe the printer just died however after talking with a co-worker and they have the same problem with the same printer. Appparently we both had downloaded a Dell updated driver from the windows updater. I've looked to see in my Remove Software to see if i can get rid of that update and it is not listed. Anyone else know how to get rid of that?

I had the same issue after downloading the Dell AIO 962 printer update. What worked was using the uninstall mode on the original Dell CD that came with the printer followed by a fresh install from the aforementioned CD. Be sure to uninstall all copies of the drivers before doing the new install. Good Luck!
