Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-36FS120 36" TV
Suddenly my tv has responded in a strange way, the colors are gone away and strange faded colors spotted in different area of screen, please help
I too had this problem and found a solution that suggested the picture tube need to degaussed / demagnetized. I had no ideas what this meant, but was told to quickly turn the TV on and off several times. It worked! Good luck.

Its magnetic effect on picture tube. Power Off TV for 20-30 minutes then turn it On, hope problem will be resolved. Please also check and remove any speaker or some thing have magnet near by TV.
If color spots are still there, picture tube need to degaussed / demagnetized.
